Diane Fritzel
Diane joined the Real Estate profession after many years of dedication to the Customer Service and Management departments of a North Haven lawn, garden & pet supply retailer.
Diane and her family have been residents of the North Haven and Wallingford area since 1965 when they immigrated to this country from Manchester, England. She grew up in North Haven and later raised her own children in Wallingford. Her parents, Chris and Kathleen Nicholls, still reside in their original home in North Haven. Over the years Diane has been a Girl Scout Leader, Sunday School teacher & assistant cheerleading coach in addition to working at the YMCA and supervising many of the childrens’ programs there. She currently volunteers as a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of CT. These days Diane splits her time between North Haven and Norwalk, which allows her to service both New Haven and Fairfield Counties. It also allows her to expose more properties to more buyers. She is the proud parent of three adult children, a son Chris (30) and his wife Oana, and daughters Kris (28) and her husband Joe & Katie (25).
Diane and her fiancé, Frank are both very family oriented and enjoy spending time with their children, grandchildren, other family members and their Golden Retriever, Shalom. They share many hobbies and interests including karaoke, motorcycle touring on their Honda Gold Wing, roller skating, camping and canoeing.
Diane is a graduate of the New Haven Real Estate School, the AcelERAtion training course offered by ERA® Franchise Systems, Inc. and Fast Track. She attended Top Gun Academy, one of the most advanced training programs in the nation. She is a licensed REALTOR® and a member of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Diane is also a member of the Connecticut Multiple Listing Service which serves the New Haven and Hartford Counties, the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service which serves Greater Fairfield County and the Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce.

Cheryl is a longtime resident of North Haven, She is a member of Connecticut Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Connecticut MLS. As a seasoned agent with J Redding Realty, she enjoys working with first time buyers, as well as sellers and investors. In addition to being a Realtor, Cheryl is a Justice of The Peace. Freddi Johnson Freddi Johnson joined J Redding Realty, after being co-owner of On Broadway restaurant a North Haven eatery for twenty four years. With more than 20 years experience as a Realtor in North Haven, Jason Fredricksen joined the J Redding team in December, 2008.
